Missing parts and bad product service

I bought this game at my local hobby store I'm missing miniatures and some are not properly assembled. I have emailed the customer services 2 times about this issue and have not heard shit! Anyone else have this issue??

could you please send me an e-mail sales@prodosgames.com? I will look into it. Sometimes mails might get blocked by hosting services, etc.
