It would have made sense for them to add some.
For myself, I picked up multiples of the starter set. I always like the extra rule books, extra tokens and tiles are always nice, and it's usually the cheapest way to build up an army for games like these. If you're looking to get extra tokens, try either using a proxy or look on ebay for either a starter, or you might even be able to find just the tile set if you're lucky. Those little glass stones you can find in the craft stores come in a host of colors and work very nicely if you aren't interested in an extra starter.
Why don't you receive wound with the expansions set you get 6 for the predators in the main game but the queen need 6 the guard 3 and the power loader need 4 yet no tokens come with them
