Yes. The others just dont cooperate. You still may lend some Units from other factions (like Wolfbane commandos or Valkyries) though in most armies.

Do i get it correctly that it is just Imperial and Dark Legion that has special rules for which of their minis can be used together, as in ministry of war and wolfbane, and the five deities for the legion.
