They are in general really bad with responding to e-mails. Don't expect much.
I purchased Avp the hunt begins and I am missing the pod for the predators spawn zone I have emailed mulitiple times about getting the pod but I have had no response other than the 72 hours response but I have had nothing saying hey will send me the piece I was highly anticipating to play this game but they forgot one of the most important pieces and won't even tell me sorry or that they will send the piece
