Web shop order in preparation status for 3 weeks, no customer support

Hello, i have ordered a warzone imperial army on the website since 26 sept, and it still un preparation status. My money has been taken thought.

I have tried to reach prodos by all ways, mails, Facebook, phone, and i never got any answer from them.

Does prodos still exists as a company or is it dead now?
