Looking good.

I have no pics I'm afraid. Bought into the game a week ago ready for 2.0. I got 2 starter boxes for Bauhaus and Capitol and one each of Brotherhood and Imprial, plus a few other units I really liked the look of. They will make it to the painting table by the end of the month. I played the Target Games version back in the day, so am looking forward to revisiting the MC universe again.

Ok i've reread the rules and I was wrong, sorry about that. You can pass through occupied tiles (if there is space).

Page 21 paragraph 3.3:

Once the Occupation Points of a Tile are reduced to zero, no more Models
can pass through or be placed on that Tile.

The Stalkers rule enables them to pass through fully occupied tile :).

I take it that you are playing with just the basic box contents? The most powerful combination vs Marines is Hunter and SD Warrior. SD Warrior can shoot through corners. Sentry happens only after you complete an action, so if you combine a run action with a +1 movement (card effect) you run 3 tiles and engage the marines.

that SC has been put aside until.

You have to understand that SC (expecially the 18+ version) is quite a limited market while MOBAs are very popular today.
Just the press "destroyed" SC before its release (sexist game, copy of Warhammer 40K, candy eye for male frustrated teenagers..) the same journalists who got their copy of LOAD cheer it: original, as good as Rum & Bones, etc..
You pre-order money may have been wisely invested in LOAD mass production for bigger benefits.
Just be patient, when LOAD orders will slow down they will work on SC again and you will get your box... just after all AvP backers will get their ;)

Meanwhile, do like me: use your SC model with W40K, MB Space Crusade, Blood Berets boardgame. If you are feed-up of Space Hulk & caverns like board, use Star Wars Miniatures one.

Anyway Prodos should hurry up since Star Wars Empire Assault range is taking the space/scifi dungeon crawling market.
With the release of Rogue One in theaters in Xmas, which box do you think people will order Santa?
- the Star Wars Empire Assault available in local hobby shop today

- the Space Crusader one expected since "End of July" (2016 or 2017?)
If SC box don't show before end of October 2016, it will be a marketting suicide to release them before Star Wars fashion decrease in February 2017..

The model must stop and be engaged in CC when entering the same tile. There is a exception to that in the form of Stalkers special rule, but only these models can ignore and run through.

First I've seen of this problem, though Prodos aren't even delivering on KS pledges they *do* have a record of!

Not much I can suggest here unfortunately. If you bought this after the Kickstarter closed through the Prodos webstore I'm pretty sure it counts as a pre-order though so you should actually have much clearer legal rights under consumer protection. Good luck!
