I thought any marine can carry them around with the "carry mission objective" rule or whatever it's called.
They deployed sentry guns without a powerloader in the Aliens movie.
3 support slots equals 3

1 squad of sentry guns equals 1-3 sentry guns models
1 squad of sentry guns can be taken by each CM squad means that if you take 6 CM squads you can have 6 sentry guns squads (6 times 1-3 models)
